You’re All The Same

You take a mental photograph
Of my face…and my a**
Liking what you see
You smoothly approach me
Liking what your mind stirs
You ask for seven numbers
Too nice to say no
I reluctantly let them go
As my digits escape my lips
You write them on paper strips
Brewing dirty thoughts in your mind
Thinking I’m the next girl wiling to grind
You think a brief night out on the town
Is a sure ticket to lay me down
Anything for the first chance
To get into my pants
How did you read my face,
To think I’d let you get to any base?
Let alone steal home –
I’d never even go alone
Anywhere with you
Let alone do what you think I’d do
Do I have slut, painted on my forehead
Does it say, “I’ll sleep in anyone’s bed.”?
Just cause I’m hot and have a nice body
Doesn’t mean I’ll go home with you after the party
Just cause I smile and ask what’s up?
Doesn’t mean I’m gonna give it up
I see your beady little eyes roam
And your mouth begin to foam
As you undress me with your eyes.
Just like the rest of the guys,
You think you know me well. I disagree,
You don’t have a chance in hell with me
I don’t know who’s fault it is or who’s to blame
But you’re all the same – all the same!
